Hip (Plumber) Mama.

I have recently discovered eBay.
I always browsed, but I haven't bought anything until recently. I always assumed shipping was too expensive and the stuff would take forever to get to me, and I have no patience. None. And who knows who you're dealing with?
But that was all before I discovered the magic little check box marked FREE SHIPPING! And realized that the stuff only takes a few days! And feedback-what a glorious little invention! And the fact that I can shop in my pajamas...at any time, day or night...oh, that's just too good.
At first, my eBaying was all about Camilla. I found brand-new outfits for her for a fraction of what I would pay in stores. Good, right? I showed Giovanni and he was happy...hey, I'm saving money. And men are all about saving money. It doesn't matter how upset Giovanni is at me for spending, if I show him the "you saved" such and such amount on the receipt, he calms down.
I'm willing to bet a woman had that idea.
Then I wandered to the ladies shoes section...big mistake. I am now in a passionate bidding war over a pair of shoes that I will probably end up paying retail for, simply because the nerve of that woman! Trying to take MY shoes. I bidded a ridiculous amount on a pair of boots, then spent most of last night watching the auction, hoping and praying someone would outbid me. They did. Whew.
And that impulse bid on the maternity skirt with the "hip-mama" under the belly fit (read: will show my butt-crack) that I thought I would never win? Yeah, it's definitely on it's way from Australia. It cost 17.00 just for shipping.
Oops.

Step AWAY from the e-bay!

Yes, e-bay is DEFINITELY addicting, isn't it? You know you need to stop when you feel relief when you have been outbid...LOL!

Have fun!

Robin :o)
