I've Been A Bad Girl.

Giovanni has begged me to not buy any baby stuff until we find out if it's a boy or girl, and I've done very well. I did that mainly by staying away from baby stores all together...but today I broke the rules and went in to the most gorgeous, funkiest children's boutique I've ever seen. Almost all of the clothes are handmade, and they're really unique and fun. I bought two outfits...girl outfits. :) They were just too cute to pass up-and yes, I checked the return policy. I can exchange them for boy outfits if I need to. The yellow dress/shirt is the coolest thing I bought. It's handmade from a vintage t-shirt, and can be worn as a dress when baby is smaller, or a shirt when she gets bigger. It can be layered to be worn in winter, or worn alone in summer.
This will be my explanation to Giovanni tonight when he inquires as to what compelled me to break the rules...let's hope he's as impressed with the versatility as I am. :)
I don't have any explanation for the pink one other than it was really cute.

Ha Ha! tsk tsk lol
I understand. When ever we go to a store where they have baby clothes, its like the baby stuff has a magnetic pull on Julia. She is ALWAYS looking at them. lol
