Giovanni has been getting harassed by an insurance salesman who wants him to buy life insurance from him. Last night Giovanni saw him and he asked my due date. When he was told July 30th, he told Giovanni, and I quote, "You know, not every woman lives through childbirth. If you hurry up and get life insurance now, and she doesn't make it, you'll get the money."
What an insensitive creep.
When I asked Giovanni what his response was to that, he said that he told him that "he wasn't worried, because she's healthy and God is taking care of her."
Bra-vo (sarcasm)...I would've preferred saying nothing and laying him flat.
Needless to say, we are not getting life insurance from him. I know I'm a woman and I'm supposed to be polite and ladylike, but if I ever see him I'm going to drop my Dooney and punch that freak's lights out.

That is HORRIBLE!! If I were you, I would contact his supervisor and/or his district office and tell them what a JERK (for lack of a better word) he is! No matter how much he needs to make a living, that comment was uncalled for!!

I agree with Robin!!! He was out of place to tell G that no matter how much he needs the money! oh and if you want me to help you deck him you let me know honey ...... how insensitive of him I mean G is nervous enough ab the whole thing already he sure does not need a jerk like him telling him stuff like that !!!
